  1. What inspired you to pursue a career in therapy and help others navigate their emotional well-being?

I was inspired to become a therapist because I had a mentor in high school who also happened to be a therapist and her ability to offer her presence and deep listening was life changing at a really critical juncture in my life. I wanted to be able to offer that same sort of support to others navigating the challenges of this wild journey called life. In addition, given that I’m not able to work one on one with everyone, I’m passionate about sharing strategies and information about mental wellness through my workshops.
